1. Introduction

Welcome to Christian Soccer Academy (CSA). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our programs, events, and website (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By registering a player, volunteering, donating, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Purpose and Mission

Christian Soccer Academy exists to provide a safe, faith-based environment where children can learn and develop soccer skills while building character, teamwork, discipline, and faith in Jesus Christ.

3. Eligibility

• Players must meet the age and eligibility requirements for their designated division.

• Parents or legal guardians must complete and sign all registration and waiver forms before participation.

• CSA reserves the right to decline or remove any participant who violates these Terms or disrupts the academy’s mission or code of conduct.

4. Registration and Fees

• All players must be officially registered before participating in training sessions, games, or events.

• Fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan before the start of the program.

• Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases of medical withdrawal or program cancellation by CSA.

• Any outstanding balances must be cleared before continued participation in CSA activities.

5. Code of Conduct

Christian Soccer Academy promotes sportsmanship, respect, and integrity. All players, parents, and coaches must adhere to the following guidelines:

Players must:

• Respect teammates, coaches, referees, and opponents.

• Follow the coach’s instructions and academy rules.

• Refrain from using foul language or engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior.

• Attend practices and games punctually and prepared.

Parents/Guardians must:

• Support and encourage all players positively.

• Avoid coaching from the sidelines.

• Respect referees, coaches, and volunteers.

• Model Christian values of humility, patience, and love.

Violations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the program.

6. Health and Safety

• Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs during registration.

• Players must have proper gear, including shin guards, cleats, and water bottles.

• CSA coaches and volunteers are not medical professionals; in case of emergency, we will contact the listed emergency contact and seek appropriate care.

• Participation is at your own risk. While CSA takes every precaution to ensure safety, we are not liable for injuries that occur during training, games, or travel.

7. Photography and Media Consent

By participating in CSA activities, you consent to the use of photos, videos, or audio recordings of players and events for promotional, educational, and social media purposes.

If you do not wish to have your child’s image used, please notify CSA in writing before the start of the program.

8. Communication

CSA may contact parents and players via email, phone, or text regarding schedules, updates, and academy announcements.
It is your responsibility to keep contact information current.

9. Donations and Sponsorships

All donations to Christian Soccer Academy are voluntary and non-refundable.
Sponsors agree that their logos or brand materials may be used in CSA marketing materials as agreed in the sponsorship agreement.

10. Website Use

By accessing our website (www.christiansocceracademy.org), you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading information.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse any CSA system or data.

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website materials without written consent.

11. Liability Waiver

By registering your child or yourself for any CSA activity, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Participation in sports carries inherent risks.

• CSA, its staff, coaches, and volunteers are not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to property during academy activities.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for medical insurance coverage for their child.

12. Termination of Participation

CSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for violation of these Terms, misconduct, or non-payment of fees.
No refund will be provided for dismissals due to disciplinary reasons.

13. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

14. Changes to These Terms

Christian Soccer Academy may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

The laws of the State of Iowa, United States, govern these Terms. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under Iowa law.
